Chelsea is currently seeking to acquire sites for the development of Premium Outlet Centers in major metropolitan markets nationwide. The Company's focus is on building dominant upscale fashion-oriented projects in close proximity to upper-income populations. New projects are typically between 400,000 and 600,000 square feet.

Properties should be at least 40 acres and located on or near a major highway interchange with visibility and access.

In addition, Chelsea is interested in acquiring existing outlet centers that match our criteria or represent redevelopment opportunities.
